Big W - Mysterious game sale?
A big blocky catalogue hit our mailbox today, with some odd deals. Cheap prices on unnamed games. See your local store I guess?!
PS3
Games from $40 each (reckon we could see Haze there?)
MGS4 $94.84
XBOX360
Games from $20 each
Ninja Gaiden II $78.84
PS3 & XBOX360
Bourne Conspiracy and Racedriver Grid $86.84
Wii
Games from $20 each
Re: MGS4 – What’s with this game? PS3 fanboys would have you believe that this game is the second coming of their favourite shiny black console. However at retail, games like GTA IV and Halo 3 launched down here with far more hype, and as a result got far more competitive pricing! Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be enough hype around the game in Aus to justify cheap prices, sad for consumers. Or perhaps it’s just because the PS3’s no region-locking equals less local sales, who knows?
